Membership

Admission into the club is at the discretion of the committee.

To be a Full Member you must meet the club criteria:

• The owner of a Genuine or Replica GT built from 1967 to 2016.
• Replicas must look the part i.e. GT stripes, badges, black-outs, V8 motor, shaker etc.
• All cars must be of a reasonably high standard.

• You must be the owner of an Australian made Ford built from 1967 to 1978.
• Falcon 500, Futura, Fairmont, Cobra, LTD, Fairlane and Landau.
• Sedan, Coupe, Ute and Station Wagon.
• All cars must be of a reasonably high standard.

• The owner must be a financial member of a club
• That club must be affiliated with the Council
• The vehicle must have been manufactured at least thirty years prior
• The vehicle must comply with the RTA/Council modification policy for CRS vehicles
• Vehicle use must comply with the Government’s CRS rules
• The vehicle must carry a log book and all trips must be entered prior to departure and completed on return
• The vehicle must be endorsed annually by the Registrar of the club to which the vehicle’s owner belongs 
• Please note: There is a fine for failing to keep a proper log book and a possible cancellation of your historic registration, controlled by the ACT Motor Registry.
  The club is not an inspection point for car registration, it is only required to certify the vehicle meets the clubs requirements and that of the CRS
• The club registrar will only be conducting Historic inspections at Club meetings or Club Runs.

When you join the Falcon GT Club of Canberra, you will receive an exclusive key ring with the club logo
and your membership number and the Club window sticker.
